Your data is private. Your lease comparable data is only visible to you and members of your organization whom you explicitly invite. We implement row-level security to ensure strict data isolation between organizations.

We do not sell your information. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your comp data to third parties for their marketing purposes or any other purpose.

Third-Party Services

We use certain third-party services to operate the Service:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage
• Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered document parsing
• Stripe: Payment processing (when applicable)

These services are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us. Documents sent to AI services for parsing are processed according to their respective privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
